『専門演習』
現在、わが国では人口減少が進んでいます。今後、多くの地方で過疎化の進展や地域消滅の危険性が指摘されています。地方財政論では、国からの補助金のあり方や国と地方の政府間の関係のあり方などを主に議論し、地域経済の活性化政策が議論されてきました。本演習では、このような地方財政論の分析方法に加え、地域の住民や企業の実際の動きを考慮に入れ、地域経済の活性化のために、どのような政策が必要なのかを考察していきます。
